This delightful little lady was roasted so we could use the legs to make broth to make gravy. The breasts were sliced up and served at Thanksgiving along with ham, potatoes, scalloped corn, sweet potatoes, stuffing, peas, pineapple, cornbread, pecan pie, apple pie, ice cream, whipped cream, and cranberry sauce.
I'm considering a Naples pizza for Thanksgiving 2010. Tonight it sounds like a great plan.
